Will you restock?
Yes, if the item is still on our page, it will be restocked. We typically create hand-made unique pieces as well as do small-batch productions (typically 10-25 pieces). We will send out email notifications to let you know when we restock. We also highly recommend our newsletter and post notifications on Instagram so you can catch the release!
I put an old or wrong address while I was checking out, is there any way you can update it with the right one?
If you want to change the address or any shipping details for any reason, please use the contact form OR send us an email at studio@leeannhuang.com ASAP with your transaction ID. We cannot reship orders once they are sent out.
Can I Cancel my Order?
If the order has not shipped, please notify us ASAP and we can cancel & refund your order!
I ordered the wrong size, can you exchange it for another size?
Yes, but a limit of 1 exchange is offered. Please refer to the size chart and triple-check your cart before you order! Please contact us and we can advise the best size for you. We can not be responsible for your mistake.
I was sent the wrong size or order, can you exchange it?
Yes, if you got the wrong size/order, please use the contact form or send an email to hello@leeannhuang.com with your Order ID or email used with the order and we will send you a return label free to ship it back. Once we received, we will ship out the correct order.
Shipping Policy:
All items are tracked and insured. Once your item is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation. All items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
Domestic: We offer free ground delivery in the USA. Express Shipping Options are available.
International: We offer worldwide shipping and discounted rates are calculated at checkout. Any import fee or taxes levied on orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages or loss through shipping are not our responsibility and are under the courier's and customer's liability.

My Order Tracking hasn't updated:
If just shipped: Please allow 1-3 Business Days for your tracking to update. Sometimes when we drop off the package, it isn't automatically scanned.
If International and your package has stopped moving: Likely it is being sorted at your country's international port/hub. In this situation, all we can do is wait until your country sorts and scans this.

Return requests can be made by filling out this form here.
Request must be made within 7 days of delivery date. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser. Upon request, we can provide you with a shipping label with the cost deducted from the return amount.
Once your request is approved, you have a window of 7 business days to complete the return. Any Return/Exchange must be returned in original condition and packaging (unworn and undamaged). Any damages can result in rejection of return or exchange.
No returns are allowed on Made-to-Order and Customized orders.
